How much does shipping cost? 

  • Italy: We offer free standard shipping on orders over €110 within Italy. For orders under €110, a flat shipping fee of €7 will be applied at checkout. An Express shipping option (1-3 business days) is also available within the country for an additional fee.
  • Rest of the world: We offer free international shipping on orders over 500 €. For orders under €500, a specific country fee is calculated at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Orders with ground shipping are usually processed within 2-6 business days.

Will I have to pay taxes or customs fees?

If you're ordering from outside the EU, your shipment may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Can I return an item?

Yes, you can return an item within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition, with tags and original packaging intact.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and any duties or taxes paid are non-refundable.

How do I request a return?

Email info@reveltua.com with your order number and let us know you’d like to return an item. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Please use a trackable shipping service and include your invoice inside the package.

When will I receive my refund?

  • Returns are processed within 14 business days.
  • If approved, the refund will be sent to your original payment method, and you’ll receive an email confirmation.

Can I modify or cancel an order after placing it?

Contact our customer service as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed, we can modify or cancel it.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, you can exchange an item within 14 days of delivery for a different size of the same model and color.

Is the exchange shipping free?

  • Within Italy, exchange shipping is free.
  • For international orders, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, including any taxes/duties.

Can I exchange for a different style or color?

We only accept one exchange per product, exclusively for a different size of the same model and color.

How do I request an exchange?

Contact  with your order number and the size you’d like. If the item is available, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details.
