SHIPPING TIMES & COSTS

ITALY

We offer free standard shipping on orders over €110 within Italy. For orders under €110, a flat shipping fee of €7 will be applied at checkout.

Standard shipping orders are processed within 2-6 business days. Transit times refer to business days only. Please note that delivery to remote areas may take longer.

INTERNATIONAL

For orders over €500, we offer free international shipping.

For orders under €500, a country-specific shipping fee will be applied at checkout (See shipping fee by country).

International orders are processed within 2-6 business days. Transit times refer to business days only and may vary depending on local customs procedures.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Please note that shipments outside the EU may be subject to taxes and customs duties imposed by the tax authorities of the destination country.  

Any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments are the responsibility of the Customer. In the case of a return, duties and any shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend checking with your local customs office for applicable regulations in your country.
