RETURNS POLICY

You can return any item purchased on reveltua.com within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Merchandise that has been worn, used (washed, soiled, having a strong smell of cigarettes), altered, or damaged will not be accepted.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer and any duties and import taxes incurred are non-refundable.               

RETURN PROCEDURE

To initiate a return request, please contact info@reveltua.com, specifying that it is a return and providing your order number. Make sure to include the invoice you received with your order inside the package and ship it using a traceable and secure shipping service.

Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

REFUND PROCESSING TIME

Merchandise returned will be processed within 14 business days from receipt. Once your return is approved, your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment and you will receive a confirmation by email. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer and any duties and import taxes  incurred are non-refundable.

EXCHANGE POLICY

You can exchange any item purchased on reveltua.com within 14 days from the delivery date. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Worn, used (washed, stained, or with persistent odors like cigarette smoke), altered, or damaged items will not be accepted.
Please note that only one exchange per product is allowed, and it can only be for a different size of the same model and color.
If you wish to exchange the product for a different color or style, we kindly ask you to return it and place a new order.

EXCHANGE SHIPPING COSTS

  • Orders placed in Italy: Exchange shipping costs are free. Revèltuà will provide a prepaid return label, and once the returned item has been received and approved, the exchanged item will be shipped to the customer at no additional cost.
  • Orders placed outside Italy: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Once the returned item has been received and approved, Revèltuà will ship the exchanged item to the customer at no additional cost. Any customs duties or import taxes incurred are non-refundable. 

EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

To initiate an exchange request, please contact info@reveltua.com, specifying that it is an exchange, providing your order number, and indicating the desired size. If the item is available, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details. Make sure to include the invoice you received with your order inside the package.

If your order was placed in Italy, you will be provided with a prepaid return label. Otherwise, we kindly ask you to use a traceable and secure shipping service.
Once we receive the returned item, we will check its eligibility. If it meets the requirements, we will ship the new item to the address of your original order.
