Can I return an item?

Yes, you can return an item within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition, with tags and original packaging intact.

Who covers return shipping costs?

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and any duties or taxes paid are non-refundable.

Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 14 business days.

If approved, the refund will be sent to your original payment method, and you’ll receive an email confirmation.
